Pulloxhill Church was beautifully decorated to commemorate Remembrance Sunday when the Royal British Legion and the Pulloxhill Brownies came together at the War Memorial for the act of Remembrance and then paraded into church for worship with the congregation.
Dave had researched the war record of Eli Theodore Cox whose life was cut short in World War One and whose name is on the War Memorial in our churchyard. It was most thought provoking to picture the life of this young man who had lived in Greenfield and a very imaginative way to help us remember all those who sacrificed their lives for their country.
The collection from the congregation will be split between the two charities: The Royal British Legion and Help for Heroes and we thank all those who gave generously to such good causes.
