The weekend celebrating the Platinum Jubilee of HM Queen Elizabeth II was a true Pulloxhill community event with large numbers attending the various celebrations. In the church we were blessed with a fascinating selection of memorabilia loaned by residents for the occasion and open for viewing on the afternoons of 2nd and 3rd June. Tea, coffee and cakes were available in the marquee where it was great to reminisce about time past in the village. On the Friday evening the Pulloxhill Singers did what they do best and gave us a wonderful Jubilee concert with lots of audience participation. What a weekend! What a celebration! Thank you to everyone who visited the church, generously donated, and especially to all the organisers of the exhibition and concert.
