Sunrise Communion on Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday morning greeted us with brilliant sunshine and a wonderful communion service at 7.30 am in the open air, with some warmth from the brazier and even more warmth from the joy of being together again for worship (albeit socially distanced). A beautiful display of Easter Lilies were on show in the church to remember loved ones who had passed. Easter eggs hiding in knitted chicks were available for children and the adults were able to warm up with a coffee and pastry after the service. It was a delightful way to welcome Easter Day.
