The family service in July led by Gillian saw the church decorated with teddy bears and other soft toys, many with their devoted owners.
Gillian reminded us of how similar is God's love for us to the love we feel for one another and especially for our precious teddy bears, some of which were of an impressive vintage.
The delightful service was followed by the usual refreshments and lively chat while some brave teddies risked the indoor bungee jumping. Not quite as terrifying as the jump from the tower but more suited to the weather which was decidedly wet.
We all enjoyed meeting these precious furry friends!
